The Mukhabhyanga opens the heart space and the connection to the heart. It can support emotional tension and can be cleansing for heartache and heartbreak.

It has a clarifying and calming effect on the mind and can support sleep disorders, headaches and tension. It is highly recommended in case of restlessness and the tendency of disquietude of mind.

To be recommended in combination with a Crystal-Shirodhara or an Ayurvedic Leg and Foot Massage (Padabhyanga). Can be supplemented with Ubathana, a facial peeling or Lepa, a face mask.
